Blayre Holmes Davis

Blayre Holmes Davis is the Director of Partnerships and Program Development at Adagio Health. In her role, she is in charge of working collaboratively with a variety of community stakeholders to create strategic partnerships in communities throughout Western PA. Prior to joining Adagio Health, she served as the Program Manager at the Women and Girls Foundation, training over 200 high school girls to be the next generation of civic leaders; through teaching youth organizing, leadership development, and community engagement. Blayre has presented at a variety of trainings and conferences on the gender wage gap, women in leadership, salary negotiation, and youth organizing.  

 

Blayre was born and raised in Donora, PA and graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a degree in Communication. During September of 2010, she joined AmeriCorps through the Center for Civic Engagement at Cal U. 

 

She currently serves on the boards of Dress for Success Pittsburgh, YWCA Young Leaders Board of the Greater Pittsburgh area and Emerge PA, an organization dedicated to transforming the face of PA politics by identifying, training and encouraging Democratic women to run for office. Blayre is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and was the recipient of the 2017 Jennie Carter Leadership Award. Blayre currently resides in Mckeesport with her husband Austin Davis.
