Alisa Hill

Alisa Hill product management professional at Capital One, with a diverse skill set that includes data analysis, strategic planning, and leading cross-functional teams. Driven by a passion to uplift and connect women of color, she has enjoyed working with the Professional Women’s Network since 2021. Alisa is a Cleveland, Ohio native who currently resides in Northern Virginia.  Previously, Alisa worked as a treasury product manager at PNC Bank where she held leadership positions in several Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) and became a certified Women’s Business Advocate. She received her bachelor’s of science in Applied Mathematics from Ohio University, during which she served as the community service director for the largest day of volunteerism on campus hosting over a thousand students. Alisa enjoys continuing to find new ways to serve her community.
