Nayli Russo

Nayli Russo is a leadership strategist, business consultant, and proud mom to a fierce daughter
who inspires her daily to do this work with purpose. She helps high-performing professionals
stop shrinking, start leading on their own terms, and build careers and businesses that feel as powerful on the inside as they look on paper.

Her path to leadership wasn’t a straight line. Nayli left a successful pharmacy career in Venezuela, came to the U.S. as an au pair, and rebuilt everything from the ground up. That
experience sparked her passion for guiding others through transformation and ultimately led her
to found Russo Leadership, a consultancy dedicated to helping teams create cultures that
hold—where growth never comes at the cost of trust and clarity.

With leadership experience inside major organizations in healthcare and sports, an executive MBA, and years of coaching bold leaders across industries, Nayli knows success means little if you lose yourself in the process. Her work is driven by the question: “What kind of leader was I born to be—and what kind of work deserves me?”
