Jacqulyn Robinson
Jaci Robinson is a Talent Program Manager for PNC Financial Services. In her role she leads the Asset Management Group Development Program (AMGDP), Small Business Banking Development Program (SMBDP), and The Organizational Financial Wellness Development Program (OFWDP). Jaci Robinson is a dynamic and seasoned professional with 18 years of success in developing the careers of young professionals that would be deployed into an organization ensuring its future success and growth. She has extensive experience and accomplishments in Talent and Leadership Development, Relationship Management/Stakeholder Management, Influence Without Authority, Risk Management, and Program Strategy & Implementation. Jaci is most known for her ability to impact the lives of early career analysts ensuring a best-in-class experience for the newest workforce, managers, senior executives, and all stakeholders who interact with the early career team members. Jaci commitment to community engagement enables her to fulfill her passion for service, fostering pathways to success and growth for underserved communities and spaces. She regularly volunteers for PNC Grow Up Great. With over 15 years of mentoring experience, Jaci is dedicated to paying forward and serving others. Jaci also serves on the Advisory Board for Hit Like A Girl, the only organization created that holds golf clinics in the Pittsburgh region geared toward introducing and teaching women not only how to play golf but the business acumen that comes along with the sport.
