PWN Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All PWN programs, events and experiences are final sale.

• Please review the date, time, location, and ticket type before purchasing. No refunds are issued for scheduling conflicts, incorrect selections, or inability to attend.

• PWN works diligently to deliver experiences as planned; however, changes to speakers, format, or run of show may occur and do not qualify for a refund.

• If an experience is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date and will not be refunded.

• If an experience is canceled, the ticket price will be refunded minus any non-refundable processing or transaction fees.

• PWN memberships may be canceled at any time; membership fees are non-refundable.
